How do I add a domain user that is created on the PDC to the list of users
in NT workstation 4.0 and make hime the administrator of the workstations.

Join th NT workstation to the domain. Then log in with the local
adminstrator account on the machine, open User Mangr, and add the users
domain account to the local administrators group.
