I am getting a service interuption frome time to time when I use dell win2000

My set up through a router is to a network of 3 PCs, 2 win2k and 1 NT
I get disconnected 5 or 6 times a day and the service would return after a
while(10-20 min)
I tried to test directly with a NT system by itself that seem to work ok
then I tried with win2K by itself the problem returns
is there any issues with WIN2k and dsl service?
is there anyone else having this issue? or similar issues

i have a similar problem.
open a command prompt, type in 'ipconfig /release' followed by 'ipconfig
/renew' and see if that fixes the problem when it happens. I don't know how
to stop it from happening at all.

This is caused by a known bug in Win2k. Go to MS W2K website and download
all recent updates, or just DL and install the Service Pack, which contains
all of the bug fixes.
