SMTP delivery failures

I have an SMTP server set up under IIS5. It sends *most* (about 75%) of the
automated e-mail I need sent to my clients, but it seems to fail on many
valid addresses. I've tried all sorts of settings in SMTP setup with no
luck.

BTW...this is not spam mail; it's mail that informs our clients of changes
in status of information they send to us (for their convenience). They
already receive some manual e-mails from us, so those addresses are all
valid.
Any ideas? TIA...

Thanks for all the suggestions. I fixed it by deleting quotas and limits.
