Basic question - w2K IIS and server statistics

Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to do analysis on my IIS log
files? I tried to install site server express (which seemed from the
documentation to be one such tool), but I can't get it to run (it gives me
an error that a .dll is missing). I am running w2k rc2.

I have hitbox loaded, but I would really like something local that would
give me similar stats by using my log files.
