Netscape form posts to IIS 5 -- dog slow

I'm not a Netscape fan, but I'd still like my customers to be able to use
Netscape with my web site.

Win2k / IIS 5 seems to have a setting that makes form posts from clients
using Netscape 4.7 dog slow!
I would blame Netscape, except that it performs fine when I use NT4 / IIS 4
for my web server.

Is there a setting that I can change in IIS to make Netscape form posts work
better?

Otherwise I'm not going to be able to use Windows 2000.

I don't think so.
Have a look at the winnt\system32\logfiles\w3svc logs from your webserver.
See if Netscape REALLY does use another protocol or way of posting.

Must be something else. For instance an TCP/IP problem
