Need more information about System Monitor for Win2000

Hi,
I came across a document in the MSDN Library while reading up on
Performance Monitor. Basically, it states that PerfMon will 'not be
supported in Windows 2000 and later Windows operating systems' and that
System Monitor (SysMon.exe) should be used instead. However, I can't
find any other information about SysMon. I have a beta version (RC2) of
Win2000 and it's not even there. I was wondering if anybody knows where
I can get a copy of SysMon or how I can get more information about it.
My queries for this subject seems to only get me information about
System Monitor for Win95, and not Win2000. Any help would greatly be
appreciated. Thanks.
