windows2000 professional question, login

Hi,

I won Windows2000 Professional in the Microsoft Sweepstakes and it arrived
yesterday.
I installed it and like it so far but have one "problem"
I created 3 users and it is really annoying that every user , in order to
log on, has to type name and password.
Isn't there a way that they can just choose their name from a down scroll
list and only type their password ?

Also, it seems like that every move I do has a certain "slowness" to it,
like slow motion.
Not the motion of the mouse but the speed the windows open with. Everything
runs fast but seems to open in this funny, slow way.
I really can't describe this any better.
Suggestions ?
