Getting Second display working......HELP

I am having a real difficult time getting my second display to work. Service
will not start because of error10. Plug&Play really works and it was a dream
to upgrade from NT4. AGP works file (Intel740). Second display attachment
card is a PCI S3Verge and Win2000 recognized it and installed the
appropriate device drivers for it. But the service won't start. Can someone
point me in the direction or help me with this.
