How to use boot disk on win2000 system???

I am having problems accessing C: from a boot disk after installing win
2k...what's wrong??

Do you mean a DOS boot-disk? This is probably because you installed the
NTFS file system.
To create a start-disk for W2K, start Backup and follow instructions to
create an Emergency Repair Disk.
