I am attempting to set up the active directory connector for exchange in
my lab. I am receiving an error stating that : An error has occurred
while saving. Please ensure that the account you are logged in as has
permissions to administer the ADC service.

I am logged in as administrator. Please help.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the user is question is
already a member of Schema Admins, Enterprise Admins, Domain Admins on
both domains. In exchange the account has service account admin rights
at all three levels.

Situation:

Forest model:
domain1=top level
domain2=second level
server1=domain controller for domain1
server2=domain controller for domain2

Applications:
exchange 5.5 installed on server2 with LDAP reconfigured to a different
port
ADC installed on server1

Error:
An error has occured while saving. Please ensure that the account you

are logged in as has permissions to administer the ADC service.

Where do you give permission to administer the ADC service? Have you
seen this error before?

Thanks,
Jarvis
