I have a clone P4 server which runs on Win2K Advance
Server. When I try to right click My Computer-->Manage--
>Disk Management, beside Disk 0 I have a drive (C:) which
has only about 10GB. I have also a unallocated space for
about 20GB which is shown beside (C:). I want to expand
the drive (C:) volume to cover now the unallocated space
which is previously drive (D:) but we decided to delete
the (D:) partition and re-distribute the space to drive
(C:). How would I going to expand the (C:) 10GB volume to
merge the unallocated space of 20GB? All in all if I can
merge it all I will have 30GB for HDD space in drive (C:)
In the Computer Management Window I dont have any option
to Extend drive (C:) partition. Whenever I right click
drive (C:) I can only have a choice of Open,
Explore,Change Drive Letter, Properties and help. How
could I do volume extention? Thanks a lot in advance!

Might want to check out ServerMagic....make sure you do a good backup first.

It's very easy, there are many ways to extend the partition, you can use the built-in disk management of windows 7, or choose a 3rd part software to do this job, i recommend you to use aomei partition assistant, it's very simple to use, almost one click solution, besides it's free. here is the website http://www.disk-partition.com/download.html
