Cluster Security Permission

We are running a shared environment and multiple admins need access to the
cluster admin tool. The problem is that each admin wants only himself in
control of his groups on the cluster and not allow any other admins to
modify anything within the group. Is there a Microsoft way to do this or do
I need a 3rd party app to accomplish this.

I don't think there is even a 3rd party way to do this. Cluster security is set
for the whole cluster, it's all or none, although this is a good thing to put
in.
