Is there ANY way i can get a GC installed on a DC ?

My Old Dc took a dive and before i realized i had to replicate the GC role
to my backup DC it was too late..

What are my options here ???? would a remove of AD form my only DC left fix
this or do i hav to reinstall the entire server ???

I saw that one and my problem is that my old GC is gone and i have no way to
get it back online due to MB gone to heaven. So atm i have no GC on my AD so
my question is more is there a way to get a GC back in or do i have to
rebuild my last server to get it back ??

I suppose you can promote any dc to GCS.
