Is there any know problem of having two completely separate Windows 2000 or
Windows 2003 Domains (each with their own separate Tree / Forrest) on the
same network?

We are needing to provide network resources to another company for 30 to 60
days. There should be no security issues, they are all our employees, just
separating into another company, which will have their own network in a few
weeks.

My question is will the two AD Domains have any conflicts?
Thanks

Agreed, should not be a problem at all.

If you want to access resources in one domain from another domain you will
have to use the credentials from the correct domain, but thats about it.

You don't have to worry about any corruption, crosstalk, or odd behaviour.
