Not sure what you are asking for exactly? Since you posted to so many
different forums perhaps you are just looking for information in general,
but I'm a little reticent to go to that site since the word "scam" makes it
suspicious.

Whether he really needs help creating a "scam" site, or is just trying to
spam the newsgroups with his URL, I'm hoping no help is forthcoming (or
reposting his URL in replies for that matter).
