I have a problem logging to my domain. In windows 98/me we used to get in
the logging screen : username, password and the domain. In Win XP HE, I
can't find where I should enter the domain and it is already joined the
workgroup I want but still asking for password to enter any server on the
network or I should create an account on the local machine with the same
user name and password.

You can't join a domain in WinXP HE! You'll need the Professional edition...
