I'm using web procedure of external company but while I'm working I
got this error in specific log:

Exception calling WSWriteLog
Connector:Unspecified HTTP error. HRESULT=0x800A1518
I can see again same error in event viewer:
SOAP: event id 16: Unspecified HTTP error
Procedure requirements say it's necessary to install MS SOAP toolkit 3
