How can I migrate from IIS6 to IIS 7 .net framework 3.5

Hi guys,

I need to migrate all the web sites/services running on IIS6 on W2K3 to IIS7
to Windows server 2008.Most of the applications are now running on asp.net 1
& 2.

We have 3 web servers running on NLB clusters.

Please take a sec to give some helping hand.
any link or advice will be much appreciated.
