Web Services Toolkit for Office 2003 and WSE

I need to interface to some web services which have been built by a third
party using .Net and secured using WSE 2.0; but my client application is an
Access 2003 data project, so there is no .Net in there! I have installed the
Office 2003 web services toolkit, but I'm not sure whether I can use any of
the security features since WSE is not obviously
available using these technologies...is it?
Anyone out there better-acquainted with this stuff who can guide?
