Expression Web Question/frustration

HI, ok I know MS tried to sure up some of the gaping holes Front Page had,
by introducing Expression Web, and in the process seems to have taken out
some really nice features.

The one that has me frustrated, is trying to find where (if still there) is
the Table Draw Tool, NOT the Draw Layout Table, or Cell, but just the nice
simple, magical table draw tool.

When you go to the HELP screens, it appears as if its still there, but for
the life of me, I cannot get it to appear, or find it ANYWHERE in EW, any
one have any idea here?
