Win32_Perf* is missing in Windows Server 2008?

I need to output performance information via ManagementObject on
remote workgroup machine.
Information from one is complete (it's running Windows Server 2003)
while another machine, running Windows Server 2008, is totally missing
all Win32_Perf* data!

The answer was simple: to turn UAC off :)
