Hi,

Does anybody know what would be the most easy way to add a
MS-Access database to SourceSafe 6.0 (seperating the
different forms, query's, modules, reports ect)?

The reason I would like to achieve this is that I would
like to make it possible for different developers to work
simutaniously in the MS-Access database without checking
out the entire .MDB file.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi, we discussed this a couple of weeks back. If you scroll your newsreader
back to 09/05/03 and look for the thread 'access databases' or look at the
archive here:

Ideally, you need Office Developer for Access VSS plug in.
Expect many headaches because Access is a binary
file and VSS is designed more or less for text files ...

the Access VSS plug in is somewhat of a kludge

before letting your team touch it, you should
experiment quite a bit until you have the feel
of VSS and Access working together.
