HTTP code 414 error on TFS 2010

Server: Windows Server 2008 Standard, SP2, 64-bit OS (virtual machine)

TFS 2010 (build server on another box), IIS v6.0 SP2.

Client: VS 2010 Professional.

Error happened when try to move solution from DefaultCollection to
another one.

1. Checked on TFS: DefaultCollection’s State and verify it's Online

2. Run iisreset.exe

3. Restarted server

4. Restarted client

5. Open VS 2010

6. Try connecting to TFS

Got error:

"Team Foundation services are not available from server TFS_Name.

Technical information (for administrator):

HTTP code 414: Request-Uri Too Long.

Retry

I use TFS Integration and migration crashed with unexpected error.

On server got error: TFSBuildServiceHost

Service cannot be started.
Microsoft.TeamFoundation.TeamFoundationServiceUnavailableException:
Team Foundation services are not available from server
http://localhost:8080/tfs/defaultcollection.

HTTP code 414: Request-Uri Too Long ---> System.Net.WebException:
The remote server returned an error: (414) Request-Uri Too Long.
