Finding/Installing Visual Studio Team Edition for Software Developers

My apologies for the following stupid question, but I haven't gotten a
useful response yet from Microsoft partner support and our 180-day trials
are about to run out...

Where do I find / download Visual Studio Team Edition for Software
Developers and the keycode?

As a Certified Partner with ISV Competency I have 5 licenses to it... but I
can't find it on any disk that I have (other than non-upgradeable trial
editions), and I can't find it on the downloads site. Similarly, none of
the keycode lists on the partner site include that keycode... lots of other
stuff, but not that.

In contrast, they mailed me a nice disk with attached key code for Team
Foundation Server.
Did they forget to include the other in that shipment? Or is it some place
else?

Any pointers greatly appreciated!
