MSVCRT error during install

When I attempt to begin installation of Beta 2 I receive an error that
"MSVCRT.dll is not compatible with Win32s" and setup does not
continue. I am running Win2K Server with SP1 applied. Does anyone
have any suggestions how to resolve this?
