Can't connect with Active Sync

Hi folks,

The following seems like a simple problem, but I've been
trying to resolve it for several weeks.
Recently installed a trial version of VS 2003 Pro. Created
and built a simple 'Hello World' program. I load it to the
emulator ok, but I cannot deploy to my PocketPC 2002. I
get: 'Cannot establish a connection..." error. I know my
Active Sync is working ok because I have downloaded
several embedded Visual Basic programs to my PPC. Do I
need anything special in order to do this with VS 2003?
