Intellisense difference between VB and C#

Using VS 2003, I do not see the Command event property
for WebForm buttons placed on WebForms when using VB, but
do see them when using C#.
for WebForm buttons placed on WebForms when using VB, but
do see them when using C#.
In VS options, I have verified that the Statement
Completion selections are the same for both languages:
Auto List Members - checked
Hide Advanced Members - not checked
Parameter Information - checked
Is this a bug in Intellisense for VB or is this a feature
only available when using C#?
