Converted VS2005 Project not displaying XML Documentation Warning

I have noticed that my converted vs2005 projects are not displaying XML
Documentation Warning 1591 in VS 2008 ("XML comment for publicly visibile
type or member"). In my (vs2008) solution, I have both project files that
were created in vs2005 and then converted to vs2008 and project files created
in vs 2008. The properties are exactly the same (warning level, XML
documetation file flag, etc). I am trageting the 2.0 framework.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
