Can't Manage Counter Sets for some machines

VS Test can't seem to see Performance Counters on machines with
Standard Edition. Is this a setting on the server? When I create a
load test, I'm trying to add a machine with Standard Edition. It let's
me, but then doesn't show up under the 'Computers' node under
Counters.
Any ideas?
