Unable to access log file

[nequid]

I have setup VSS 6.0 database on Computer A
Database is located in C:\VSS\DB1\

I have added user "JA" that has full access to this database.
From Computer B I'm trying to access this database. I'm able to load
srcsafe.ini. I use JA user and it's password to login to the database.

I get an error where it says that it's unable to access
C:\VSS\DB1\data\loggedin\JA.log

Computer A and B are networked together via switch, both running Win XP Pro.
On the OS level I have user JA with same credentials setup on both
computers. On computer A user JA has NTFS full access rights to C:\VSS\

What am I doing wrong?
