New Visio 2007 Problems

I was upgraded recently to Visio 2007 and can't seem to get certain things to
work any longer. For example, some dialog boxes do not pop up (Configure
Timeline) on the Schedule template. Nothing on the Data: Solutions menu is
working. When I access Help it seems to be incorrect and doesn't match how
the product menus actually are. Is this an installation or configuration
issue that someone can help me with?

First look at menu Tools -> Options -> Security
and ensure the "Enable Automation Events" is ticked.
If not then a look at menu Help -> About and click the Disabled Items button.
Anything there?
