Dynamic connector, fix edges

Hi,

this is what I want.

I want to have a connector shaped as a polygonal line made out of 3 edges. The edges at the two ends are horizontal and should be fixed i.e. length and orientation should not change when I want to move one end of the connector.
Only the middle edge should change.

I try to do it with a dynamic connector, but I don't know how to set the margin edges fixed. Is this possible?
