Newbie - Resize, Scale Question

Hello,

I have numerous drawings which have been drawn on A0 paper size. The client
has now asked for these to be incorporated on to 1 A0 page.

To do this I need to scale the drawings down however as one can expect when
I do this the text remains the same the same size and all the links loose
their formatting, and the drawing becomes a complete mess.

Can anybody suggest a better way of doing this ??

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

Do not resize. Use Page Setup, Drawing Scale.

For example, say you want a 6 x 4 matrix of A0 landscape
drawings (all must have the same original drawing
scale). Set page size width to 6 x A0 landscape width
and page height to 6 x A0 landscape height (both must be
set to the larger multiple to retain aspect ratio). Use
Insert Object, Create From File (Link if so desired) all
drawings and arrange into matrix position.

Go back to Page Setup, reduce page size back to A0 and
set Drawing Scale to 1/6 of what the original scale was
and OK out of dialogue. That should do it.

Drawings having different original scaling will require a
more contrived method...
