I am trying to find out if there is a program available
that is shareware or freeware that will allow viewing of
Visio files without having Visio?

Ben,
There is NO official or unofficial "viewer" for Visio files. The best you can do, is to
save the file as an HTML file (which isn't quite the same) OR, use the little camera to save the
current screen as a "GIF" or "JPG" and then view it that way.

CORRECTION...No "camera" available in Visio...(That would be Project 2000). Save the file as an
HTML, OR save as GIF, JPG or other viewable graphic...
