Seeing undefined entries below alt text after visio diagram saved as webpage

Hello, I am having a problem with Visio 2003 SP3 when I save my flowchart
Visio diagram as a web page. Each of my document objects has a text label
and a hyperlink associated with it. When I hover over the objects in the .
htm page, I see the object ALT text display correctly, however I see two
"undefined" entries just below it. The objects that have no custom
properties only show one "undefined" below the ALT text. How do I go about
getting rid of the "undefined" entries completely?
