We have an issue where certain users try to save a new Visio file directly into SharePoint and they get an error message saying:
Visio internal error: #2132 Action 1004: Save
First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio.
When the same user saves the file to their desktop and then tries adding it to SharePoint it seems to work fine.
Any ideas?
Thanks

On the basis of the information provided, it appears that this file is
corrupted. However, I would suggest that you try the following steps to
check if you are able to retrieve this file:
1. If the file is located on the network, then copy the file to the local
hard drive to check if you are able to open the file.
2. Copy the file to a different location on the hardrive and then try
opening the file.
3. Rename the file and then try opening the file.
I recommend that you take backup of important Visio documents to ensure
that they dont get corrupted.
