This group has been defunct for quite a while now, how did you find
it?
Anyway, in the web page what you right-clicked on was an image,
selecting Print from here will print that image, all quite normal.

Found the group on one of the internet groups! thanks for the reply.
Well that's what i thought, but it does not print the whole image! have
tried it several times, as mentioned when printing directly from Visio no
issues. Strange though, can't attach screen image else could have shown you
what is being printed.

That's probably because there are several images that make up the web
page.

Sort of, but don't group them.
In Visio just select all the shapes (Control-A) and menu File ->
SaveAs and select a graphics format (GIF, PNG, WMF, EMF etc). Not
JPEG, that format is for photographs.

Well, you are talking now about 3 different things, saving as GIF, web
page output and printing!
