Hi,

We have recently upgraded some users to Visio 2007 pro from Visio
2000. They can open VSDs they created in the earlier version but when
they come to print preview they are seeing only the top right hand
corner of the document but in the bottom left hand corner of the page.
It is almost as if the print preview has moved North-East by nearly a
whole page. All other information on the page is missing from the
print.

I have tried checking the page set up and paper set up but that makes
no difference. If I paste all of the information on the page into a
new Visio 2007 file then the new file is OK. Unfortunately there are a
lot of files like this so I don't want to tell the users they will
have to update them all.

anyone seen this before or know of a fix?

Cheers,

Vaughan

I'm not aware of any change from 2000 to 2007 with this type of issue. Does
this occur with any printer set as the default? What types of printers are
you using?

Typically if you have shapes off-center in a page you can straighten them
out by clicking on the Shape menu at the top in Visio and click Center
Drawing.
