Visio 2000 install after Office 2003 - OK ?

I hadn't used Visio in years but now find that I need it for a few weeks.
My XP box has all updates ( except IE7) and has Office 2003 on it. Can I
install Visio 2000 and "not mess things up" (by overwriting more current
files) on the box ? Any gotchas to be aware of ?

( I'm assuming my Visio CD is not latest/last version and probably can't
get "officeupdates" for Visio 2000 to 'make it current '.)

Make sure you repair the Office 2003 version after you install Visio, to
restore references to the Office 2003 version apps.
