The Visio trial should have had it's own product key, different from the
Office trial product key. Did you lose the holder that the CD came in?
Since the 2002 Trial was replaced with the shipment of Visio 2003, which
itself is now replaced by the Visio 2007 trial, I am not sure that the 2002
Trial can even be activated now. You could try installing by leaving the
product key field blank, which was allowed in the 2002 version. You should
then get a prompt to add the code on first launch, but may be able to
bypass it - until activation is required, of course. Otherwise, you will
need the key that matched to the Visio 2002 trial version, which should
have been on the CD case.
By the way - if you want to try a trial of the 2007 version of Visio, you
can download it from Office Online :

Note that the 2007 version requires Windows XP SP2 or higher, or Vista. It
will not install on an older operating system.
