How do I curve the text inside a circle

I want to be able to curve the text within a circle so that the text itself
is circular. I have tried concentric circles and many variations but can't
get anything other than straight line text.
Visio Standard 2003.

Visio does not contain this feature set out of the box and I don’t know of
any third party applications that would give you this functionality. It
sounds like you want to the features that Smart Art uses. With Smart Art a
user can manipulate text so that it rotates around in the manner you have
mentioned.
