ODBC Error en Organigrama en Visio.

Hola.

Estoy intentando actualizar información de un organigrama que hice con datos extraídos de una base de datos SQL Server (USUADIOSDB) sin embargo obtengo este error:

ODBC Error: S1009
[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Database 'USUARI' does not exist. Make sure that the name is entered correctly.

Ya probé con otros drivers de SQL Server, hice un walkaround y encontré referencias al problema pero ninguna solución.

Lo que requiero es poder hacer refresh al organigrama y que en automático se carguen los items agregados en BD al organigrama.

I am trying to update information of a organization chart that I made with data from a SQL Server data (USUADIOSDB), however I get this error:

What I require is automatically refresh the organization chart and add new items that has been created or changed on the DB.
