Parallelogram in Visio

Can someone point me in the right direction to create a
parallelogram in Visio 2002? A search comes up empty.
It's a piece of cake in Word ... surely it must be buried
in Visio somewhere!

Bill,

I couldn't find a parallelgram shape either (other than the Data shape in
the Basic Flowchard Shapes). You could create one by as follows:

1) Draw a rectangle
2) Select the Line Tool
3) Select the top two vertices of the rectangle (click to select one, then
shift-click to select the other)
4) Drag the vertices to the left or right.
5) When the shape is as you like it, drag it onto the document stencil or
another stencil to save and reuse it.

This worked, Dawn... thanks. A bit clunky, but it does
the job. I would suggest adding a parallelogram tool
like the one already in Word Draw.
