Which version of Visio creates MUTCD traffic diagrams?

I was using Microsoft Visio when I was working with Main Roads to create
MUTCD traffic control diagrams. I have recently changed jobs and want to
purchase Visio to continue creating electronic diagrams and have downloaded a
trial of Visio 2007, but can't find the traffic signs in the VIsio program.
I'm not sure if I need to use Visio 2003 or download the signs etc.
Please help.
