Flip organization Chart - Visio 2003

I have an org chart that has my boss at the top, and then the tree
flows down from there. He would like the org chart to be oriented so
that his position is at the bottom, and then the org chart flows up --
as if you flipped the entire chart vertically. I can't figure out an
easy way to do this for the entire chart and I'd rather not recreate
the whole thing.

In fact, even if I did recreate it, I can't figure out how to have the
chart start at the bottom and go up as Visio connects the lines wierd
when I try it, and then when I try to reconnect the lines like I want
them, it makes some of the lines disappear!

So, the bottom line is, would any of you know how I can flip the chart
vertically?

The Organization Chart drawing type does not support this behavior. It
would be possible to create a generic Block Diagram and set up the layout to
work this way, but you would be recreating the diagram from scratch.
