Here's my problem. Few Visio users who actually create in Visio and many users who need to read the files created by the few. Is there a reader for these files or can it be networked so users can view documents when they need to. It seems a bit much to have to invest in many copies of a program that's rarely used but is still needed for viewing.

Currently there is no Visio viewer. You could save the Visio drawings in a different format or encapsulate the drawing in MS-Word or Adobe Acrobat.

If you have Adobe Acrobat you could output these files to a pdf file
