Job Description
• Experienced Sharepoint/MOSS 2010 developer/architect with practical
experience building web content management solutions and skilled in
portal
architecture/design/taxonomy/implementation.

• This person will be the technical lead when designing, building,
testing, implementing and maintaining applications to meet specific
customer requirements.
• The person in this role fully understands a range of business
applications and can quickly determine how to: Estimate time and
effort to complete activities.
• Assist in building features and functions for each release.
• Work with users to elaborate on requirements and document solution
designs.
• Provide team leadership by advising other developers and creating
development work plans.
• Prepare final product for migration and deployment. Provide
technology subject matter expertise to the team. Direct and control
development of production application systems.
• Assist in monitoring the direction and growth of business to ensure
the application of appropriate technologies and support resources.
• Code, test and troubleshoot programs. Assist in preparing
programming assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to
create and follow procedures, possess the ability to work
unsupervised.
• Must have attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent at multi-tasking and working well under pressure

Job Description
• Experienced Sharepoint 2010 administrator, Developer with practical
experience implementing/managing Sharepoint 2010 and FAST Search
administration
• Subject Matter Expert resource to assist with the architecture,
implementation plan, project estimation and development best
practices.

The key activities broken down as follows:
• Validate detailed business requirements
• Validate architecture
• Produce high-level design document for the implementation
• Project task and timeline estimation with hours
• Provide inputs to detailed project plan (MPP) for full implentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to create and follow procedures, possess the ability to
work unsupervised.
• Must have attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent at multi-tasking and working well under pressure
