Hello
I was hoping you could help me. I just started using visio for a school
project and I am having troubles drawing a many to many relationship using
the crow feet notation. It only allows me to do one to many.

It sounds like you are missing an intermediary link table ...
Create a table that has a Primary Key consisting of one to many relationship
of the primary key from your two tables.
You then have a many to many between your two tables, via the link table.
