How to show column notes on Visio Database diagram

This has posted before but I can't find an answer, any help would be
appreciated...

...I reverse engineered an sql server 2005 database to a visio 2007 diagram.
I
can see the table names, columns, data types and relationships on the diagram
except the Field Description of tables (Column Notes of Visio). I can see it
in the database properties tab, but I dont find a way to show the Notes in
the diagram itself....

Unfortunately, there is no way to display the Notes information in the
diagram itself in Visio Pro 2007 (or earlier). There are several options
on the Database > Options > Document settings dialog, but Notes is not an
item which can be 'exposed'. Also, since the information is contained
internally in the Database Model, it is not present in the Shapesheet for
manipulation.
