Export (menu File -> save As) the pages in GIF or PNF format. In a
graphics editor create a black canvas of 1024x768 and copy and paste
your image onto this.

When you are prompted at save time for 'BMP Output options', change the
Size to "Custom", change the units to "pixels" (using the units drop down),
and then specify width (first field) and height (second field) to exactly
your desired output size. You can also use the settings under Resolution
to set a custom Pixels/in resolution, rather than the default 96 x 96. I
like to set mine to 150 dpi, but it's completely up to you.

I have created a number of screen images in Visio using the default page
size. I have to send these out and the user needs the screens to be exactly
1024x768 as bitmaps. (They had originally expected screen prints of web
pages
but I had to mock up in visio for speed)
But when I select that resolution and use full screen and Print screen the
image is always the wrong size. How can I control the screen size so that I
can send the user 1024x768 bitmaps?
